Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026 · Effective immediately for all users
Welcome to ZephyrCode. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI coding assistant platform, available at zephyrcode.space-z.ai. Please read them carefully — by using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise accessing or using ZephyrCode (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZephyrCode Labs ("ZephyrCode," "we," "us," or "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: (a) generate, distribute, or deploy malicious, harmful, or deceptive code; (b) clone voices without the explicit written consent of the voice owner; (c) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or another user's data; (f) use the Service to build products that facilitate illegal activities, discrimination, harassment, or the spread of misinformation; (g) abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure through automated means exceeding normal usage; or (h) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
AI-Generated Content
ZephyrCode uses large language models to generate code, explanations, and other content. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or outdated information. You bear full responsibility for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code and content before deploying it to production environments. We provide AI outputs on an "as-is" basis and do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You agree that ZephyrCode Labs is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.
Voice Cloning
Voice cloning is a powerful feature that carries significant ethical and legal responsibilities. You may ONLY clone voices that you own or for which you have obtained explicit, written, and verifiable consent from the voice owner. Unauthorized voice cloning may violate right-of-publicity laws, copyright laws, and other applicable regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to clone any voice used through the Service. ZephyrCode Labs reserves the right to suspend voice cloning access for accounts suspected of misuse, and to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving voice cloning abuse.
Team & Guild Collaboration
ZephyrCode offers team ("guild") workspaces that support up to 10 members with four role tiers: Owner, Manager, Editor, and Viewer. The guild Owner is the primary account holder and bears responsibility for all member activity within the guild. Owners can invite, remove, ban, and unban members, as well as transfer ownership. Managers can invite and remove members but cannot alter guild settings. Editors can contribute to projects within the guild workspace. Viewers have read-only access. By creating a guild, you agree to manage your members' conduct and to promptly remove any member who violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including code, prompts, and uploaded files. Code generated by ZephyrCode is yours to use for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, subject to any obligations imposed by your chosen AI model provider. ZephyrCode Labs retains all rights to the Service itself, including the software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying infrastructure. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed by the Service.
Subscriptions & Billing
The Free plan includes 50 AI messages per month and access to core features. The Pro plan ($20/month) includes unlimited messages, priority model access, voice cloning, and team workspaces. Billing is processed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion for documented service outages or billing errors. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and only apply to the next billing cycle.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any AI-generated output is accurate or safe for production use. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZephyrCode Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the Account settings page. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.

If you have questions about these Terms, need to report a violation, or wish to exercise any rights described herein, please contact us at hackerkk826@gmail.com.
